Privacy Policy

Version
1.0.0
Effective date

This policy explains what personal data Telar Labs LLC collects through the telar.pro waitlist, why, and how you can exercise your rights.

About this policy

This policy covers the public landing page and waitlist at telar.pro.

It does not yet cover a Telar platform account. Telar will publish a separate or expanded policy before account registration opens.

The waitlist uses single opt-in: submitting the form activates your registration immediately, with no confirmation email or verification link. Telar does not verify that you control the email address you enter.

Who controls your data

  • Telar Labs LLC
  • 8 Thr Grn, Ste B
  • Dover, Delaware 19901
  • United States
  • privacy@telar.pro

Telar Labs LLC ("Telar", "we") decides why and how it uses waitlist data.

Scope

This policy covers:

  • A visit to telar.pro
  • A waitlist form submission
  • A privacy request you send us
  • A waitlist email

This policy does not cover:

  • A future Telar platform account
  • Data that a coach enters about a client inside the product
  • Employment applications
  • A third-party site that Telar does not control

Personal data that we collect

Direct waitlist data. First name, last name, and email address are required fields. Plan interest is a required choice among Basic, Professional, Gym or Studio, Enterprise, and Not sure. We also record your locale, the consent text version you accepted, the consent time, and the form submission time.

Automatic security data. Vercel and Cloudflare can process your IP address, request time, browser and device headers, and Turnstile challenge data to deliver and protect the form. Telar does not store a raw IP address in the waitlist database.

Data sources

You provide the waitlist fields directly.

Your browser and our hosting providers (Vercel and Cloudflare) provide the automatic security data described above.

Cloudflare provides the Turnstile result that tells us your submission passed our abuse check.

Telar does not buy, rent, enrich, or import waitlist contacts from a third party.

How we use personal data

We use waitlist data only to:

  • Add you to the waitlist
  • Address you by your first name
  • Understand demand across plans
  • Send important waitlist updates
  • Send a launch invitation relevant to your plan interest
  • Prevent abuse and protect the form
  • Answer a privacy request
  • Obey a legal duty
  • Create anonymous aggregate statistics

Telar does not use waitlist data for targeted advertising and does not sell it.

Legal bases

Telar relies on more than one legal basis. The table below maps each purpose to the data involved and its proposed legal basis. See "Service providers" below for who receives each category of data.

You can withdraw consent at any time; see "Your rights and choices" below.

How we disclose personal data

We use "disclose" for a transfer outside Telar Labs LLC and "use" for work inside Telar Labs LLC.

We disclose personal data only to:

  • Our service providers, listed below
  • Professional advisers under a confidentiality duty
  • An authority, after a valid legal requirement
  • A buyer, if Telar is involved in a business transaction
  • Another party, only after your specific consent

Telar does not disclose the waitlist for third-party advertising.

Service providers

Telar uses these active service providers:

  • Vercel — hosting and server execution — form data and request security data
  • Supabase — waitlist database — direct waitlist data and consent data
  • Cloudflare — Turnstile abuse protection — challenge and request security data
  • Resend — waitlist and launch email delivery — name, email, and message metadata

Telar keeps responsibility for its own controller duties regardless of which service provider carries out a task on its behalf.

International transfers

Telar Labs LLC is a United States company. The waitlist database is hosted in Brazil, so submitting the form transfers your data from your location to Brazil and, for a moment, through Telar's US-based hosting and security providers (Vercel and Cloudflare).

Telar will name the specific transfer safeguard that applies (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses or the United Kingdom addendum) only after counsel confirms it. Telar does not claim an adequacy decision, certification, or contract before that confirmation.

Data retention

  • Active waitlist record — kept until 90 days after the global launch date
  • Withdrawn plain email address — replaced with a keyed hash within 30 days of withdrawal
  • Suppression hash — kept while needed to honor the withdrawal, reviewed yearly
  • Application logs — kept at most 30 days

Telar's operations team records the global launch date; the retention job does not rely on a date hidden in application code.

Security

Telar uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and Telar does not claim a security certification it does not hold.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct it
  • Delete it
  • Restrict our use of it
  • Object to our use of it
  • Receive a copy in a portable format, where applicable
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Opt out of marketing (Telar does not send waitlist marketing beyond the purposes above)
  • Complain to your local data protection authority

Send a privacy request to privacy@telar.pro. Telar does not require an account, and does not request an identity document by default, though Telar can ask for limited identity evidence before it discloses or changes your personal data.

Region-specific disclosures

California — California Civil Code Section 1798.83 lets California residents ask whether Telar disclosed their personal information to third parties for those parties' own direct marketing during the past year. Telar does not disclose personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Nevada — Chapter 603A of the Nevada Revised Statutes lets Nevada residents opt out of the sale of certain covered information. Telar does not sell personal information within the meaning of Chapter 603A. If you would still like to submit a request, write to privacy@telar.pro.

European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland — See "Legal bases" above for the lawful bases Telar relies on for each purpose, and "Your rights and choices" above for how to exercise your rights, including lodging a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Waitlist emails

Telar uses Resend to send waitlist email, and uses your email address only for important waitlist status changes and a launch invitation relevant to your plan interest.

You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to privacy@telar.pro. Telar stops delivery immediately after a successful withdrawal. General newsletters and other offers would need your separate, optional consent, which Telar does not yet collect.

Cookies and security technology

The waitlist form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a security technology that runs during your submission to reduce automated abuse. Telar classifies it as necessary, not as analytics or advertising.

This landing page does not use an optional or advertising cookie today, so it does not show a cookie banner for one.

Children

The waitlist is for people who are at least 18 years old. Telar does not knowingly collect waitlist data from a child.

If you believe a child gave Telar personal data, a parent or guardian can write to privacy@telar.pro to request deletion.

Policy changes and previous versions

This is version 1.0.0, effective as of the date above. Telar will give notice before any material change takes effect.

A policy change does not by itself expand what Telar can do with your data. Telar will get new consent before it uses waitlist data for a new purpose.

Telar will keep each published version available through a stable archive link.
